Form of payment and he/she reserves
To formalize a reservation it is necessary to pay 40% of the aggregate amount of the stay (deposit). This payment can be carried out for credit transfer. The 60 % remaining it will be paid to the delivery of keys.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, you will return the early amount, except a quantity in compensation concept that will be:

1. If the waiver or annulment communicates with more than 7 and less than 15 days of advance to the signal one for the occupation, it will be retained the 50% of the amount of the deposit.

2. If the annulment communicates in the 7 days previous to the signal one for the occupation, it will be to disposition of the one proprietor the quantity received in sign concept or deposit.

3. If the clients, without previous notice, don't arrive before those 20 hours of the signal day for the beginning of the stay, he/she will understand each other annulled the reservation, unless previously it is summed up between the client and the one proprietor a hour of later arrival.

So that the reservation is confirmed, it will be requested to the client the payment of the amount of the reservation, this will be carried out by means of credit transfer.

Received the transfer, we will send them the confirmation of the reservation and all the necessary indications to arrive to the lodging tourist rural "House Path Bardenas." The document sent by us and that of the bank, they will serve as vouchers of the reservation of squares of the house.

Determination of the stay:

The occupation and enjoyment of the house on the part of the users it will be made by the conventional time among the parts. Nevertheless, one will be able to give had finished the stay of the client in advance, when incumpla those usual norms of courtesy, hygiene or coexistence, as well as in the cases in those that it is exceeded the authorized lodging squares by the Department of Tourism.

Cleaning.
Leave the house in the state in which he would like to find it to its arrival.

Services included in the price:
He/she understands each other that the lodging understands the use and peaceful enjoyment of those services and facilities understood in the house and you mature to the same one, for the one number of squares authorized by the Department of Tourism of the Government of Navarrese.

In the precio  of the house they are understood: hot water, electricity, heating, TV, apparatuses appliances existentes,  blankets, sheets, use of the leisure facilities (games and gymnastics apparatuses), he/she cooks, private garage for cars and bicycles.

The house is equipped con:  two electric refrigerators, two kitchens with oven, washing machine, lavavajillas, two microwaves, he/she irons, drying, china, cutlery, coffeepot, kitchen battery, dilutes cold and heat.

Inventory.
It will be exposed the clients, in a visible place, a list specifying those kitchen utensils, as well as other furniture and existent complements and its number. He/she will surrender a copy to the client in the moment of the arrival. During their stay, the client will have time to communicate eventual errors. In the contrary case, we will consider that it is according with what consists in the one inventory.

Receipt and discursement

The rent is carried out for a period of fixed time, should carry out the receipt and discursement in the date and foreseen hour. The delivery and refund of keys you he/she will carry out in the place that notices each case. The entrance will be carried out among the 17 h. and the 20 h. of the day that the stay begins. The exit will be carried out before the 15 h. of the day of exit. In the event of impossibility of completing these schedules he/she will remember previously the corresponding schedule.

It will be the clients' obligation to return the housing with the tackle inventoried and in the conditions of cleaning, operation and use in that it was given the housing.
 

Admission of companies

The client will declare the number of occupants, in any case it will be superior to the number of squares allowed by the one Department of Tourism. The users of the house will be able to receive companies, but in any moment they will be able to spend the night. The breach of this disposition will give place to the premature resolution of the stay, in the case of not having paid the occupation of the square to the in charge one.

Annulments.

All annulment has to be by mail a correspondent, for E-mail, for telephone or fax, and confirmed for the proprietors.
